At Gem Mint Ten Collectibles, we take pride in offering authentic, high-quality trading card products and PSA-graded collectibles. Due to the sensitive nature of trading cards and the risk of tampering or condition disputes, all card-related products are FINAL SALE.

1. All Cards Are Final Sale

All purchases of trading cards are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• PSA/BGS/CGC-graded cards
• Raw singles
• Sealed booster packs
• Sealed booster boxes
• Sealed collection boxes
• Mystery packs
• Any product containing trading cards

Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

This policy protects the integrity of the collectibles market and ensures fairness for all customers.

2. Non-Card Items

Non-card merchandise (accessories, supplies, apparel, etc.) may qualify for returns only if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging
• A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
• The item is not a clearance or final-sale item

Return shipping may be the customer's responsibility.

3. Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

While all card sales are final, we will still take care of genuine shipping issues.

If you receive:

• The wrong item
• The wrong quantity
• A non-card item that arrives damaged

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will review and resolve the issue appropriately.
This may include a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability.

Note: Factory imperfections on sealed boxes or outer packaging do not qualify as damage.

4. Refunds on Approved Non-Card Returns

If a non-card return is approved:

• The item must be shipped back in original condition
• Once inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
